Selling Terms & Conditions of the Atlanta Antique Gallery

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS MISREPRESENTED

All items are sold are deemed to be in "as is" condition. Obviously we make every attempt to describe our items and their condition to the best of our ability, however antiques plainly stated are antiques. Please keep in mind condition is a relative term, to an items age. Prior to purchasing all customers are encouraged to clarify any item's condition, as all sales are deemed to be final. By clicking "submit" on the checkout page you are acknowledging our terms of sale.

Any international import duties/fees/taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping & the Return of a Damaged Item Policy

The Atlanta Antique Gallery takes pride in its Shipping Department. Antiques are unique items, that cannot be replaced if the product is damaged during shipping. We understand the disappointment of just one antique being lost to shipping damage. Our dealers and customers have demanded the best when it comes to shipping antiques. All of this extra attention does cost a little more, but we have found that these costs are minimal when compared to the cost of losing just one priceless item to shipping damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24-48 hours. You must retain all packaging in order for a claim to be filed with the shipping company. In many instances it is best to take a picture of your damaged item (and its package, especially if compromised). Items greater than $250.00 should be re-packaged and returned to AAG, and we will process the claim on your behalf.

Returns must be insured for the item's full value. If the original packaging is discarded, no claim can be filed and the item will not be covered under the shipping insurance. Customers need to request a "Return Authorization" approval prior to returning their item, so that AAG is in a position to "track" the returned item. Non-returned items cannot be refunded. By clicking "submit" on the checkout page you are acknowledging our return policy. Restocking fee's are 18%. Restocking fee's do not apply to damaged returns.

Layaway Items Policy

Layaway item payments that have gone beyond 30 days, are deemed to be "abandoned" by the customer, and the layaway item will be returned to the Galleries inventory, with all layaway monies forfeited by the customer. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Exchanges

The Atlanta Antique Gallery has no exchange policy.

Mechanical Items Policy

General Disclaimer For Mechanical and Electric Units If Applicable: We cannot guarantee antique and vintage items for mechanical reliability. These items were manufactured many years ago and in many cases have not been in operation for several years. This includes clocks, watches, toys, radios, etc.

Internet Price Changes

Items placed in your shopping cart may not reflect the most current pricing (either higher or lower) if you do not refresh your web-browser prior to ordering. Please call the store should you have a pricing issue on an already purchased item.

Bad Checks/Credit Cards

Returned checks are charged at $25.00 & Declined Credit Card transactions also carry a $25.00 in-store processing fee.

By ordering items from our website (including called in orders), all buyers agree to accept our terms & conditions.
